Founder profile

Vikram Khare

Vikram most recently served as Director of Continuous Assurance Engineering at Google, where he led engineering teams building platforms to automate assurance activities in cloud environments and reduce security and compliance audit toil. His work included Continuous Controls Monitoring strategies, regulatory decomposition and analysis, and graph-database approaches for AI/ML and RAG use cases.

Before Google, Vikram was Vice President of SaaS Engineering at Oracle, leading software engineering and product teams that built security and compliance capabilities for Oracle SaaS, including encryption, transparency, infrastructure monitoring, change management, and audit support for regulated customers. Earlier, he led cloud and application consulting at Savvis, growing a consulting practice from $3M to $20M annually while delivering discovery, dependency mapping, disaster recovery, and cloud integration solutions for regulated Fortune 500 customers.

Vikram began his career at AOL, leading work on high-scale streaming media systems that supported major on-demand events and news coverage. That mix of executive leadership, customer-facing advisory, security engineering, and hands-on systems experience shapes how Kleos works: practical, evidence-driven, and grounded in what teams can actually operate.

Operating Belief

Good advice should survive contact with delivery.

Kleos is built for organizations that need judgment and execution discipline in the same room. The deliverable is not just a slide deck. It is a clearer decision, a tighter risk picture, and a path the team can actually run.
